We want you to confident in your purchase so we offer a 30 day money back guarantee on stock items. We will deduct what our true shipping cost was from the price before issuing a credit. Any defective or incorrect item will be picked up and resent at no charge. Most electrical compentents and circuit boards are non-returnable once opened, please call or email to if you have any question. Special order items (such as spa covers) have a 25% restock fee.

To return an item please call 800-587-2772 and we will give you a return authorization number.

Our goal at SpaStore.com is to get your shipment out as fast as we possibly can. All orders (expect special order products such as spa covers) that we receive by 1:00pm PST will ship out the same day. We use both UPS and an overnight carrier for our Southern California customers. Both companies pick up and deliver Monday through Friday so order placed after Friday at 1:00 will not leave until the following Monday.

All orders are of $80. or greater shipped freight FREE to all of the continental US. We have a flat handling charge of $7.85 per order on orders under $80.00 This charge is per order not per item.

Sorry we do not ship outside of the continental US at this time.

We have included an approximate delivery time table map to give you an estimate on when you can expect your package. We have found that packages going to commercial addresses sometimes arrive a day faster than a residential address. If you need it fast you may consider shipping to a commercial address. No guarantees on that it is just something we have found over the years.
